RETURN OF GOODS

1. The Customer is entitled to unilaterally exercise the right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the order, by promptly notifying Livikodrinks accordingly. The Customer shall bear the costs related to such return of the order.
2. When returning the goods to the store, they must be free from any damage, in the original packaging, unopened, within the expiration date + 1 day. If the Customer is not able to meet these requirements, Livikodrinks reserves a right not to reimburse the costs of the goods returned.
3. If the Customer has found out after receiving the order that the ordered goods are damaged and/or of poor quality, the Customer shall address Livikodrinks with a submission supported with a photo of the damaged goods and Livikodrinks shall organise reimbursement to the Customer’s account from which the payment was made. Livikodrinks reserves a right to request the Customer to return entire damaged goods to the store from which they were delivered.
