The Pommery Champagne House created the first Brut (dry) style champagne (1874). Pommery champagnes achieve perfection of taste and aroma thanks to the unique storage options in 30-meter-deep cellars with a constant temperature of 10 ° C. They are rightly considered to be among the most delicate and nuanced champagnes.

Wine: made of 35% Pinot Noir and 65% Chardonnay grapes Created as a tribute to Louise Pommery, Cuvée Louise is an absolutely pure wine which quintessentially conveys the wine-making expertise of the Pommery champagne house.

Nose: on the nose it releases a quantity of unsuspected fragrances, where everything is well ordered and harmonious. It is rich, generous and silky, allowing for some notes of biscuits, resulting from the effect of the yeasts.

Palate: the mouth is only the infinite extension of everything the nose was able to reveal. Vividness remains whilst being blended with nice flavours of hazelnut butter, yeasts and almond paste.
